Attorney Paul Aaroe wins again. After analyzing the video and the discovery, it appeared that the police officer stopped the vehicle for driving while suspended. However, the record showed that the defendant had an ignition interlock license and therefore was arguable that the stop was invalid. Instead of a felony three with a mandatory 1 year in jail, we were able to negotiate a low tier plea with 10 days. The client was very happy with the outcome.
