Our client was charged with three DUI's and arrested but not charged with a fourth many years ago when she was young and suffering from depression and living a very unhealthy lifestyle. She served her time for the three and AFTER she finished her probation, and she had changed her life around, had two children, and a good job, she was picked up on the fourth charge that had never been served on her. This would be a FORTH offense felony 3 within ten years. She was facing mandatory sentences that would put her in state prison for over a year even though she had changed her life around. 

Through extensive negotiations and conferences with the court, we were able to achieve a very favorable result where she only spent a weekend in jail!! Her good, law abiding life will be able to continue. Justice served.
